Valentin Cartillier

Valentin Cartillier is a PhD candidate specializing in 20th-century continental French philosophy, with a focus on thinkers such as Althusser, Derrida, Deleuze, and Badiou. Throughout his academic and professional life, he has engaged with a range of other disciplines such as law, music, contemporary psychology, modern and contemporary English literature, French theatre, and French translation. His research explores the intersections of materialist philosophy and political theory, particularly through the lens of aleatory materialism. Â
