How to pay

You can pay for your tuition or housing fees following three different methods

Pay online by credit card

Please use the specific payment form to pay your or online with a credit or debit card. Online payments are recommended as they are received within 24 hours and uploaded to the student account within one business day. To pay online, follow these simple steps in filling in the form above:

  1. Add the student ID number
  2. Select the correct term
  3. Add the amount in听euros (鈧�)
  4. Click on the blue 鈥淎dd to Payment List鈥�
  5. Unless additional payments are being made, click on the blue 鈥淐heckout鈥�
  6. On the next screen, enter the billing information and click on the blue 鈥淐ontinue to Next Step鈥�
  7. Select your card type and click on the blue 鈥淐ontinue to Next Step鈥�
  8. Enter the credit card details
  9. VALIDATE
Pay by bank transfer

Bank transfers may take听up to ten days to be received and should听be initiated in time for the University to receive them by the payment deadline.

Note: please make sure to include the ID number and student name in the reference!

Please note that all payments must be in euros (鈧�). In all cases make sure the student name and ID number is included with the payment听so it is credited to the correct account.

Billing Statements and Financially Responsible Persons

  • Financially Responsible Person (FRP)听

The Financially Responsible Person (FRP) is the individual indicated by the student who is financially responsible for a student鈥檚 university expenses. Students and their FRP are responsible for ensuring that full payment of tuition and fees is received by the appropriate deadlines (01 July and 15 December). The FRP receives all electronic听billing statements and email communications about payments due. To change the FRP, students must听go online to the student portal听(this will require your password so cannot be done by the FRP). Go to contact information and scroll down to Financially Responsible Person. Although only one email address can be listed, the names of several individuals can be included.

  • Billing Statements

After registration billing statements are emailed to the FRP email address listed by the student in their Student Portal, as well as to the student.听The billing statements invoice students based on the number of classes for which they are registered. Billing statements can be consulted by the students at all times via the听:

  3. Your Student Portal
  4. My Billing

Due to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations the FRPs cannot see this information online but they can request it from the student or from Student Accounting Services.
