Student Development Help Desk

The Student Development Helpdesk, located on the fourth floor of the Combes building, provides a range of support services to help you make the most of your time at Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ. Helpdesk staff are available Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm to assist with all of the following and more:

  • French bank accounts
  • French phone plans
  • Metro passes and public transportation
  • General support for daily life and living in Paris (See our Living in Paris section)
  • Support with excessive absences
  • General administrative support
  • Transfer college reports and exit surveys for students leaving Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ
  • Emergencies in liaison with the Dean of Student Development and Vice President
  • Securing an appointment with the Dean of Student Development or the Vice President
  • Help accessing the campus facilities (music room, wellness room, etc.) and resources (printing, phone services, mailroom, etc.)
  • Questions related to the changing Covid-19 restrictions in France and their application on campus

MEETING WITH THE VICE PRESIDENT OF STUDENT SERVICES OR DEAN OF STUDENT DEVELOPMENT

The Vice President for Security, Operations and Student Services and the Dean of Student Development manage all Student Development Helpdesk activities.
