Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ

Institutional Effectiveness (IE) at Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ involves a series of interconnected and ongoing activities such as research, assessment, and planning. These activities aim to drive continuous improvement in line with the University’s student-centered mission, the pillars of its 2020-2023 strategic plan, and its core capabilities. Institutional effectiveness, while the responsibility of all university employees is managed by The Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Effectiveness.  

Institutional Effectiveness at Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ is guided by three main elements: 

• The mission, vision, and pillars of the 2020-2023 Strategic Plan. 
• The objectives and resources needed for continuous improvement by individual units, departments, faculty, and staff. 
• The requirements of our accrediting body, the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).
