Mirjam Dagef枚rde is a researcher and author on failing representation, the relation of citizens and politics, party politics and inequality with a focus on Europe; France and Germany in particular.

She is currently Assistant Professor of Comparative Politics at the听American University of Paris听and an Associate Researcher听at听听and at the听听(Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin, Center for Civil Society Research).

Previously, she worked as a Lecturer at听听(Department of Social and Political Science). She holds a听PhD from Sciences Po Paris. While completing her PhD, she听was awarded听a听听at the听听in Florence and was an OxPo Fellow at the听,听听&补尘辫;听. She was also chercheuse invit茅e at听the听听(invited by Jean-Fran莽ois Laslier and Thomas Piketty).听

Mirjam Dagef枚rde has an interdisciplinary background, holding degrees in Political Science, Economics and Empirical Social and Political Analysis.
