Dr. Kate Yue Zhang joined the Department of International Business Administration in September 2016. Prior to Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ, she was Associate Professor and Department Chair of Business Management at Surrey International Institute, a jointÌýbusiness school of the University of Surrey and Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She has published books, academic papers, and book chapters in the field of management and higher education. Her research interests focus on Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Higher Education. She served as aÌýboard director at a public company in the manufacturing industryÌýfrom 2016 to 2019.Ìý
