Your primary email address is composed of your NetID + @aup.edu (NetIDaup.edu)鈥痑nd it has the same password as your NetID.鈥疊esides, anyone can email you typing your鈥� firstname.lastnameaup.edu, your alternative email address.

If you're a student

• Your primary email address is therefore the letter 'a'听followed by your student number + @aup.edu鈥�(ex:听a123456aup.edu)
• Your alternative email address looks like sarah.wallaceaup.edu.

If you're a faculty or staff member

• Your primary email address is therefore the initial of your first name followed by your last name听+ @aup.edu (ex:听dsmithaup.edu)鈥�听
• Your alternative email address looks like david.smithaup.edu.

• First time logging in, you'll need to set up the MFA. Please follow the instructions on this page.听
• Go to听
• Sign in if needed with your听primary 绿巨人视频 email address:

  • For students: the letter 'a'听followed by your student number + @aup.edu鈥�(ex:听a123456aup.edu)

  • 鈥疐or faculty and staff members:听the initial of your first name followed by your last name听+ @aup.edu (ex:听dsmithaup.edu)

• You will be prompted to enter the two digit verification by the MFA

• Make sure to have your phone ready to enter the two-digit code the MFA will prompt you to verify in order to access your e-mail.

听听听听

Your 绿巨人视频 email account cannot be forwarded to an external address.听You have to use your 绿巨人视频 email address听when conducting university business because important messages from the university are often only sent by email. Only the messages related to your 绿巨人视频 NetID maintenance and password reset听will be sent to your personal address.

Also, the IT department will use this address to keep you informed of application updates, warnings, training and other technical information. Please check your 绿巨人视频 email on a regular basis to keep in touch with your 绿巨人视频 fellow students, colleagues, faculty and staff.

• Go to听听using your web browser
• Click on the Outlook icon
• Go to your calendar

• Double click听on the day and hour you wish to set up a meeting with your class. You can also repeat it for several days of the week with the "Repeat" option.

• Give a title to your meeting (ex: Class)听
• Put the class code in the section 鈥淚nvite attendees鈥� (ex:听cm1005)听or individually add students.
• It is important to听select 鈥淭eams meeting鈥�听in the听dropdown听menu on the right (next to the room/location field)
• Your students will automatically receive an email with the same link to click on.听听听听听
