Time Management Workshop

University Room: C-101
Wednesday, October 25, 2017 - 17:15 to 18:15

When you are a college student you undergo some stressful moments as you’re struggling to balance your academic requirements, and fit in some time for your social life. This workshop is a great opportunity to learn how you can manage your daily life while avoiding all the stress and anxiety.

On October 24th, from 5:15 to 6:15pm, in C-101, Sandrine Godt, the Student Guidance Counselor, will provide you with strategies that will help you stay on top of your academic workload, while maintaining a healthy balanced life; she will show how to map out the semester, and plan week by week.

“Get balance in your life. Work, rest, and play. You must be a complete person to thrive.”
