Jean Monnet was one of the founders of the European Union. The house where he lived and worked is now a
museum and conference center. The future of Europe was discussed here among the highest dignitaries of his time. The European Parliament bought the house and restored it as it was in Monnet’s time. This visit traces the history of Jean Monnet, the creation of the European Union, and its current institutions. Enjoy a nice lunch in the magnificent country park on the grounds of the house. During this pleasant visit to the French countryside of Ile de France.
