Renowned economist and author Mark Blyth to speak on the future of the eurozone

On Monday, November 9 The American University of Paris will welcome Mark Blyth, Brown University Eastman Professor of Political Economy, to speak to the Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ community on the future of the Eurozone. Professor Blyth is the acclaimed author of the 2012 book Austerity: The History of a Dangerous Idea. His talk will address some of the challenging questions facing the European Union and by definition the global economy. Will Greece emerge from the insolvency ward of the monetary hospice? Is the future of the euro secure? What about the Eurozone itself? What are the various economic and political factors at play?
