Once Russia’s advanced provinces in the West, Helsinki, Finland and Tallinn, Estonia are now the EU’s countries closest to Russia. Discover their Finno-Swedish-Russian heritage and unique relationship of Finland (pioneer of sustainability) to its natural subarctic environment from prehistoric times to the present.
