Please join the Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ community for an afternoon cooking class surrounding a classic French tarte! Just in time to polish your skills before Thanksgiving, you'll learn how to make a delicious tartes a la francaise starting with the classic French pâte sucrée and homemade crème pâtissière. You can let your inner kitchen artistry shine in customizing your tarte with fruits or berries of your choice, or enjoy it tout simple.ÌýÌý

This class will be conducted by Paris-based La Cuisine Paris, offered exclusively for Â̾ÞÈËÊÓƵ community members. Registration is priced at 35 EUR per person, and the list of ingredients needed to purchase beforehand will be emailed to registrants one week prior to the class, as well as essential kitchen items such as a pie/tarte mold and a whisk.ÌýÌýThe ingredient list is comprised of pantry-essential items found in regular grocery stores.
