"Brazil: What's up?" is a panel organized by BRASA, a Brazilian Student Association, to discuss the benefits and downturns of Mercosul in the development of South America and the expectations for its future. Guest speakers for the event will be Jens Arnold, Head of OECD for Brazil and Argentina,聽Carlos Marcio Cozendey the Brazilian Delegate to International Economic Organizations in Paris聽and Paulo C. de Oliveira Campos, Brazilian ambassador in France.
