Large printers/copiers are available around campus buildings, to locate the nearest copier, click here. As part of our commitment to fairness and environmental responsibility, we have implemented a printing quota system that is reloaded each semester, ensuring equitable access for all students. Student printing quota is loaded every semester after the drop/add period.

PRINTING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: PAPERCUT

Our printing services are managed through Papercut, a robust printing management system designed to streamline your printing needs while promoting sustainability.

CENTRALIZED PRINTING QUEUE: �̾��ƵRINT

To enhance efficiency, we have established a centralized printing queue called �̾��Ƶrint. All printing requests pass through this system, contributing to a more organized and user-friendly printing experience.

BADGE-BASED RELEASE SYSTEM

To facilitate secure and user-friendly printing, we utilize a badge-based release system. The first time you use printing services, you will need to associate your �̾��Ƶ badge with your printing account. Clear instructions are posted next to every printer on campus, and you can find detailed guidance here .

ON-CAMPUS PRINTING OPTIONS

When on campus and using an �̾��Ƶ computer, you can conveniently print directly from the computer to the �̾��Ƶrint queue and release it at the printer using your badge.

PRINTING FROM PERSONAL DEVICES

At �̾��Ƶ, authenticated users can use Mobility Print, the new and enhanced printing solution that replaces the recently retired web-printing service. Mobility Print simplifies the printing process for students, faculty, and staff, allowing seamless printing from personal devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and Chromebooks. How to print from my personal laptop?

Go to https://printing.aup.edu
Log in with you NetID (and password and follow the instructions on the site).
Choose web-print from the left panel
Click on “Submit a Job”
Select the printer that you want to print on by clicking on “Select this printer”
Upload documents
Upload from computer (then select the file you need to print)
Upload and complete

How do I get more printing credits? What is my printing quota and what are the printing fees?

Your quota should be enough for what you will need to print during your time at �̾��Ƶ. If you exceed your quota however,

you will need to purchase additional credits at https://my.aup.edu/payment/print.

To be eco-friendly, please do not print if you don’t need to. The printing quota is the number of pages allotted to students every

semester so that they can print documents on campus,

using either �̾��Ƶ computers or personal devices. Although the quota appears in euros, you won’t be charged for it.

A regular A4 page in black and white costs 5 cents
A regular A4 page in color costs 10 cents
An A3 page costs 10 cents in color and 5 cents in black and white.

I am an SGA member. Can I print for SGA without using my personal printing Quota?

You can print without using your printing quota once you are added to the SGA printing account. Afterwards, when releasing your print job,

you'll encounter a prompt to choose the account for printing. When it's for SGA purposes, kindly opt for the SGA account.

I am taking a Digital photography course. What is my printing quota for printing photographs?

Students who take a course in Digital Photography are granted the printing quota of 100 EUR

the day after the drop in/add period each semester in addition to their initial quota

I’m a Professor/Staff. Why does my printing quota shows a negative number??

�̾��Ƶ professors and staff members are not assigned a printing quota, so they will not be charged on your account.

The negative number simply indicates the amount that has been printed from your account.

How do I scan a document?

Please follow the steps below:

Scan your badge on the copier badge reader.
Select Access Device
Select Easy Scan
Your email address will be loaded by default (1), you can proceed by clicking the start button B/W for Black and White Scanning (2) or Color for color Scanning (3)
If you want to send the scan to someone else’s email address, please click on the X next to your email address:
Select Global Address List
Type the name of the person you wish to send the scan to and click on Search
You can now start scanning the document and send it:
