Whiteboard is an application that is free to use for all �̾��Ƶ Community members. It is a collaborative online whiteboard, and it can do so much more than a traditional one! It allows you to collaborate with students or colleagues on an shared smart board through any device. You can draw, sketch and attach sticky notes, type, add and manipulate images. You can even create a table very easily because Whiteboard recognizes the shapes you draw. Whiteboard may be used by faculty and students, of course, but also by �̾��Ƶ staff members to run efficient meetings, generate brainstorm and work together on a given project.

Sway is a presentation program that is free to use for all �̾��Ƶ Community members. It allows you to combine text and media in order to create innovative presentations, in a more user-friendly way than with PowerPoint. You can insert content in a Sway from your device as well as internet sources such as OneDrive or YouTube.

OneNote is an application that is free to use for all �̾��Ƶ Community members. It is the equivalent of a digital notebook where you can include text, equations, images, videos and more. Thanks to OneNote, keep all of your notes in a single place, manage and share them very easily, whether at �̾��Ƶ or from home. Because your notebook are stored online, you will be able to access them from any device.

Get started – Learn basic tasks to accomplish with OneNote.
Take notes and more  – Manage files, embed content, make a quick search in your notebook, create links to it and even convert and solve math equations!
Put your notes in the best shape – Format and check the spelling of your text, insert pictures, tables, or videos. Send photos from other apps and manage them in OneNote.

Use OneNote Class Notebook and see the features especially set created for teaching purposes:

Student Notebooks – Allow a private space you can share with each of your students. You can access every student notebook while they can only see their own.

Microsoft Stream is a video service where all �̾��Ƶ Community members can upload, view and share videos securely. You can share recordings of classes, meetings, presentations, training sessions, or any other video you see fit. This service, in the same way as YouTube, allows you to comment on a video, add time codes in comments and descriptions so as to refer to a specific section. It can be used to record a class from Teams, but also conferences and meetings with colleagues.

Features

Get started – Learn about trending videos and channels, how to use the navigation bar, invite your colleagues to see your videos or incite them to upload theirs.
Create content – Upload videos and modify their data (title, description, etc.) Add subtitles and set up permissions to decide who can see your content.
Trim a video – Edit your video so that you choose which passages to show your audience.

Share a video with your colleagues, students or classmates by email or sending them a link.
Manage privacy settings – Choose who can see your video.
P ut a video in another Microsoft app – Insert your videos in Teams, OneNote, PowerPoint and Sway.

Microsoft Teams is our the hub for team collaboration in Microsoft 365. It integrates the people, content, and tools your team needs to be more engaged and effective.It allows you to create and share content, as well as collaborate with colleagues or fellow students. It is the official communication and collaboration tool at �̾��Ƶ. This application can help you manage your classes online, organize and participate in online meetings, chat and share your screen with your audience.

Features for everyone at �̾��Ƶ

Chat – Have private one-on-one or group conversations via text, audio, or video.
Meetings – Schedule and invite �̾��Ƶ and non-�̾��Ƶ participants to audio/video conference-based meetings. Teams meeting invitations synchronize automatically with Outlook calendar.
Activity Feed – View recent activities in Teams and search for specific conversations, files, people, and more.

Channels – Focus your Team's discussions by creating topic- or project-specific channels to hold conversations, have meetings, and collaborate on files.
Files – View, edit and collaborate on OneDrive files inside of Teams.
Tabs – Add content or features to a chat or channel. Tabs can include websites, Office 365 applications, and select non-Microsoft content.

Planner tab – Organize shared lists of tasks and collaborate on them with your Team.

Add an App to Teams – Add a bot, tab, connector, or messaging extension to Teams. To do so:

> Click Apps in the bottom-left corner of Teams.

> From there, you can browse available apps or search for a specific one.

Especially: Try the Who app, you will love it. The Who app is linked to �̾��Ƶ directory, which allows you to search for people in �̾��Ƶ by name or by topic.
