L’Université a à cœur de promouvoir ses objectifs pédagogiques et de préserver les droits de toute personne à l’université (personnel, corps professoral, étudiants), en les protégeant précisément de toute discrimination en termes de sexe, race, couleur de peau, religion, origine ethnique, âge, handicap, préférence ou identité sexuelle. Ces valeurs sont soutenues par la législation française et notamment l’article 10 qui interdit toute expression incitant à la discrimination, à la haine contre des groupes de personnes précises et invoquant la supériorité d’une race.

�̾��Ƶ interdit tout comportement discriminatoire et s’évertue à créer et conserver une ambiance libre de discrimination à l’aide de programmes éducatifs et préventifs, de politiques claires et de procédure de plainte accessible et rapide. Cette politique permet à la communauté d’�̾��Ƶ d’une part, d’avoir normes, définitions et descriptions précises de comportement prohibé ; d’autre part, d’identifier les ressources et soutiens et met en avant la procédure de griefs.

The University promotes its educational goals and preserves the human rights of each of its members, notably by safeguarding freedom from discrimination on the grounds of sex, race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. These values are affirmed by French law and Article 10, which ban expressions that incite discrimination, that propagate the idea of a superior race, and that spread hatred against specific groups.

�̾��Ƶ prohibits discriminatory behavior and seeks to foster a climate free from discrimination through coordinated education and prevention programs, clear policies, and a prompt and accessible grievance procedure. This policy provides the �̾��Ƶ community with clear standards, definitions, and descriptions of prohibited conduct. It also identifies resources and support for the �̾��Ƶ community and outlines the grievance process.
